Hoopfest Weekend Rescheduling & Events -Federica Brandi

While the annual Hoopfest Tournament did not take place as planned this weekend, the Hoopfest team took action to still engage with the community in Spokane as they plan ahead for the event's new date, which is currently scheduled for August.
